Welcome to the website of the Mount Blair Community Archive! We always updating  the website as new material comes available, so if you have any material please contact the archivist

This website was launched on the 19th November 2013 at an evening event held at the Kirkmichael Session House. On the website you can:

– Browse through photographs

– Listen to oral histories

– Comment on posts and articles

– Contribute your own memories, photographs, stories, sound clips, documents, embedded video links, and historical knowledge.

Please note: the search function is not as we would like, but will take you to “tags” which should help in any search for particular material.

Remember: you can upload your own photographs, memories, and historical writings from home using the quick contribution form. Your contribution will then be approved by the archive team before appearing on the website.
